Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping may vary. Please check the details on each product page.
- Spain: Shipped via Correos. Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
- International: Shipped via UPS. Estimated delivery time: 5–21 business days, depending on the destination. Each package includes a tracking number that can be checked on the official UPS website.

- Free shipping for orders over €200.
- If your order total is less than €200:
- Spain – €0
- Europe – €24.20
- North America – €40
- South America – €50
- Other countries – €60
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Delivery of Files
Digital files will be available for download once your payment has been confirmed.
You will receive an email with your download link right after completing your purchase.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Return Conditions
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
